Shiraz 2022

This soft mellow Shiraz is produced from the oldest vines of the estate. These are fermented in several small batches and hand plunged to allow closer contact with the ferment. Each batch is aged separately and blended before bottling to achieve the balanced style we like. Predominantly French oak is used with a small amount of American to add lift to the nose. This wine will drink wonderfully now or will improve in the bottle for 8 years plus. Sealed under screw cap for freshness and consistency.

Mixed spice, ripe plum, cedarwood and black pepper. A rich and full wine, with a firm tannin structure. The perfect accompaniment to braised or barbequed meats.
